RNGdle Badges: Conditions, Probability and Changes
Learn how original RNGdle badges describe number patterns, what their rarity means, and why older badge lists can become outdated.
What a badge tells you
According to the original About page, badges can recognize palindromes, primes, repeating digits, mathematical sequences and other number properties. Their rarity labels are determined by the chance of rolling a number that earns them. Rarer badges are worth more entropy points (EP).
Your whole roll has a different rarity label based on total EP compared with other possible rolls. The two official scales are shown together in EP and rarity.
Two examples from the original site
The Quarter-Century badge applies to a number ending in 25; the checked official page lists Rare, 10,000 EP and 1.00% probability. The Two Pair badge requires two distinct matching digit pairs; its checked page lists Common, 377 EP and 26.6% probability. The original site’s individual badge pages should be the source for current values, not a copied list on an unrelated site.
The August 21, 2026 official update added several badges, removed Tree Fiddy and Exact Tree Fiddy, and fixed the Two Pair and Contiguous Two Pair logic. A guide written before that date may list a badge that is gone or give an obsolete condition.
Looking up a specific badge
Start with the original game’s badge pages or in-game result. Check the badge name, condition, EP, probability and date as separate facts. Our important updates tracks known changes, but it does not pretend to be a complete mirror of every original badge. Search questions about Mini Scramble, Dune and Sandwich are on our research list; those pages will be published only after their current original conditions are verified.
